Join us for a free two-day celebration of women, menopause, creativity, wellbeing and the power of change. Discover expert insight, practical support, inspiring stories, talks, art, movement and carefully selected products in the heart of centre:MK.

Entry to BEYOND is FREE for all visitors. For those looking to dive deeper, a programme of interactive workshops is available to book at £10 per session, offering opportunities to move your body, find calm and mindfulness, explore creativity, gain expert knowledge and connect with others. Workshop spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whether you are navigating menopause yourself, supporting someone close to you, or simply want to understand more, you are welcome at BEYOND.

Find everything you need for an easy visit to BEYOND, including directions, parking, public transport and accessibility information. Admission is free, with no ticket required.

WHERE TO FIND US

BEYOND takes place in Middleton Hall, the open event space inside centre:MK. There is no separate ticket entrance: simply enter the shopping centre and make your way to Middleton Hall.

ADMISSION IS FREE

No need to purchase a ticket. Just turn up to centre:MK on the weekend and enter Middleton Hall. Workshops are ticketed and more information will be provided closer to the date.

FOOD & FACILITIES

A wide choice of cafés, restaurants and shops can be found throughout centre:MK, so you can easily make BEYOND part of a full day out.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

centre:MK’s multi-storey car park is located behind John Lewis & Partners on Marlborough Gate. It offers 1,400 spaces, including 80 accessible bays, and uses ANPR parking technology. Parking charges apply.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

centre:MK is a short walk from Milton Keynes Central station. Buses from stops Y1 to Y6 outside the station reach centre:MK in approximately five minutes.

ACCESSIBILITY

Middleton Hall and the main shopping centre are on ground level. centre:MK also provides accessible toilets, a Changing Places facility, hearing loops, a sensory room and free wheelchair or mobility-scooter hire when booked in advance.
